Before you start
When does the free day start?
The team agrees the start and end dates with you. They are stated in your access email. Your first login does not change the dates. Any further trial must be agreed with the team.
Can I renew my subscription?
Choose a plan in your request and say it is a renewal. Use your account email so the team can extend your existing access.
How do I recover my password?
Email studentwyckoff@gmail.com from the address we know. After checking, the team issues a new generated password. Google Authenticator recovery is also handled by the team.
How is request information used?
Your name, email, chosen plan and message are saved in the private owner cabinet. The team uses them to reply and arrange access. The form does not ask for payment details or passwords. To correct or remove a request, email studentwyckoff@gmail.com with your email and request number.
