A DeMark platform workflow: from Student Wyckoff Pro login to a saved chart

The web page, application connection, loaded data and visible marks are separate parts of one workflow. If a chart is empty, enabling another indicator does not load its missing history. The sequence below helps identify which step has produced a result and which still needs checking.

A practical guide to the independent Student Wyckoff Pro implementation. Text and translations were prepared with AI assistance from the current platform help. Explanations concern the named SW tools; a shared search term does not establish identity with other products. Exercises are chart observations.

Sign-in, application and connection

Yes. Clients need Student Wyckoff Pro for Windows, downloaded from their personal account. After installation, launch it from the desktop shortcut. Charts, indicators and workspaces open in your browser while the application maintains the data connection. Windows 10/11 and internet access are required.

At first sign-in, follow the on-screen Google Authenticator setup: it generates a one-time code in addition to your password. Your exact expiry date and access parameters are shown in your account and the workspace access summary.

Client access allows one device and one active session. Contact the team to release the previous device when changing computers. Renewal does not require reinstalling an application already installed.

Sign-in, application and connection
Trial day: request → team email. Subscription: order and USDT transfer → TXID and review → access email → personal account → Windows application → browser chart. This is an explanatory diagram.
  • Open your personal account: Sign in with the details provided. On first access, complete login verification setup. The application download is available in your account.
  • Install the application: Download the Windows file from your account and run the installer. A Student Wyckoff Pro shortcut appears on your desktop.
  • Launch and analyse: Open the desktop shortcut, connect and sign in to the platform in your browser. Keep the application and connection tab open while working.

Your first chart

Only complete closed bars are used. Load the symbol again to refresh. An ongoing Friday is not yet a completed daily bar; it enters history after complete data is published. Cryptocurrencies have their own daily sessions, including weekends.

The platform calculates the loaded, completed history of the selected instrument. Daily, weekly and monthly bars are available. This is a workspace for studying history: readings update when data is loaded. A calculation needs enough history; otherwise part of its line appears later or its field remains empty.

  • Choose a symbol: For example, MSFT. Preserve exchange suffixes in the exact ticker; availability and history depth depend on the provider.
  • Select interval and history: Day, Week or Month defines one bar. Select a history length and press Load.
  • Keep one understandable study: Begin with Clean bar chart and then enable one indicator. Add extra annotations gradually.

Indicators and two charts

Each of the two charts has its own indicators, calculation periods, manual points and lower fields. Select the chart by clicking it or using Chart settings. Resize any lower field with its slider or bottom edge; drag its value scale and double-click to restore automatic scaling. Theme and overall layout are shared, while indicator sets are saved with the workspace.

Save your workspace

Give the workspace a name in the top toolbar and press Save workspace. It stores symbols, intervals, indicator sets and parameters for both charts, manual points and drawings. To continue, select the saved workspace and press Open. Save again after making further changes.

Trial access includes 1 saved workspace; a paid subscription includes 5. A layout view stores appearance and dimensions; a workspace stores your analysis setup. These are different forms of saving.

When something does not work

If data is missing, check the application connection, exact symbol, interval and selected history. Do not replace insufficient history or invalid OHLC with invented prices; ratios need both symbols. If an email is missing, check spam and your email address. Contact studentwyckoff@gmail.com with your request reference, symbol, interval and error text. Do not send passwords or Authenticator codes.

Practice: check your understanding on one chart

  • After signing in, load one familiar instrument. Record its exact symbol, timeframe and latest available date; do not substitute today's calendar date.
  • Enable one SW tool and read its help. Record the calculation profile separately from the screen appearance.
  • Save the workspace with a clear name and reopen it. Check the symbol, timeframe and indicator set, rather than only the colours and window size.

What the completed observation should contain

You can identify four verified results: sign-in succeeded, data loaded, the selected indicator is visible and the workspace reopened. If one is missing, address that specific step. Never include passwords or one-time codes in an error report.

Sources explain the mechanics and limitations; the editorial examples use invented numbers rather than market quotations.

Your next practical step

Open the linked help page, repeat the steps on one instrument, and record the symbol, timeframe, profile and observation date so that the result can be checked again.
